Hi everyone,i am from Philippines and currently here in Texas as K1 visa holder together with my kids as K2,now my question is if we really dont need to take

another Medical exam here since we already done it in my country, whats the next step i need to do with our Vaccination sheet that i have in my hand which is not complete yet? We have to take 3 more vaccines for each of us and i wanted to find out if we can able to have it done in some clinic here? and after we have it done in the clinic

(if its possible to that there) Also am i going to give them the original vaccination sheet that i have and let them check those vaccines that we were going to take or they going to give me something to prove that we already have all the vaccines complete?

I am also confused about the difference of I-693 and I-693a forms, which one i am going to fill out in here?

and do i need to send the chest radiograph cd that i have including the Vaccination sheet?

Sorry i am really confused.....

Thanks Anyway in Advance...

There is no I-693A or "supplement" anymore. Down load and read the info on the I-693. There is a section for immunization. Get the shots anywhere you want and get a signed proof ( health dept, a personal family doctor). Take your vaccination sheet from your country, plus the new shot records to a Civil Surgeon for him to put all the shots together on one form and sign it. (Each immigrant has a separate form.) Mail the I-693 with your AOS.

You do nothing with the check x-ray. You don't get another full exam. You can have the immunization part of the I-693 done by mail by Dr. L E Arnold in Austin, TX for a reasonable fee.
