Just in case someone else looks at this thread in the future - I got my Approval letter and 10 year GC months ago, but the online case status still says Pending... I just got approved for naturalization and online my case status has not changed from the date I sent the application. Perhaps the new USCIS website will be better in a few days? But for now, it's not reliable :P

I know that but my service request and my worry was not because of the online status... was because about 99% of the other guys approved in California Service Center around my time had the card production ordered in just days after the approval and I waited more than 30 days and nothing. And just after my service request they activate the card production order almost immediately. That prove that they had a delay in my case for some reason and also prove that when you receive the approval by mail only and nothing online is going to take more time to receive your green card.

05/25/10 - N-400 package delivered in Phoenix, AZ

06/04/10 - Check cashed

06/10/10 - NOA received

06/16/10 - Case available online

06/17/10 - Case online showing RFE (Biometrics notice) sent on 06/16/10

06/21/10 - Biometrics Letter Received

07/08/10 - Biometrics appointment

07/07/10 - Walk in Biometrics

08/06/10 - Email / Text for for new case status: "Test and Interview"

08/09/10 - Interview Appointment letter received for 09/13/10

09/13/10 - Interview Approved!

09/13/10 - Same Day Ceremony! I am a US Citizen!
