Hi guys,

First of all, thank you all you guys for such a great support.

My CGC is expiring middle of October and I plan to send this to CSC on Monday via USPS express mail +return receipt.

Please advise if I'm missing any crucial evidence or other stuff. :blink: Thank you!

Here's my Cover Letter.(I wrote it as if I'm my wife) Enclosed in ACCO fastener folder with tabs on the bottom.

RE: I-751 JOINT PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF STATUS ON:

Dear USCIS examiner:

Enclosed please find a JOINT I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status regarding my husband, XXXX XXX. Please also find a check for $545 to cover the $465 filing fee for the I-751 form and $80 for the biometric fee. We are happily living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my husband XXX XXX

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

• Completed I-751 form and a check for $545 USD (personal check)

• Copy of green cards of XXXXX XXX. (Front and Back)

• Copy of our Driver’s License and State ID showing the same address.

• Copy of AR-11, Change of Address form.

• Copy of our 2008 and 2007 joint US tax transcripts, tax returns and W-2s.

• Copies of our joint checking account statements over last two years. (4 complete statements in total, 5 month interval)

• Copy of health insurance statement from my husband’s company as me as dependent

• Copy of our health insurance cards and hospital bills showing a joint policy. (Few bills)

• Copy of letter from my husband’s company of the designation of his life insurance to me.

• Letter from my mother explaining our living arrangement and supporting documents, copy of checks and mortgage statements (my checks to her, her mortgage statements, copy of her id+signature)

• Copies of our earning statements for the last 2 years showing the same address. (few in intervals)

• Copies of various bills, letters and credit card statements showing the same address.

• Copy of our airline itineraries for family vacation to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Island that we took last year with my husband’s family.

• Copy of our boarding passes for a trip between Chicago and St. Thomas, USVI.

• Three sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen and Permanent Resident friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.(2 notarized)

• Pictures from various occasions including vacations. (very few)

• Marriage License, Marriage certificate from our church

You may feel free to inquire at any of the sources of enclosed documentation for validity of their statements, and you are always welcome to visit our home should you ever desire to do so. Please advise me if you have any further questions or problems related to this petition.

No replies, which is a good sign :) Can I safely assume that my cover letter looks OK and ready to be sent? I'm sending it out during lunch hour. Thanks for reading guys :)

It's so funny we married in Pfister too(2007)!!!!! lol :lol:

Just sent the package and hoping for the best.

I had some trouble during AOS where they kept sending the interview letter to the wrong address and getting returned. :unsure:

You should be fine with that evidence! My husband and I didnt have a lot of that stuff either (Mortgage, home insurance, utility bills, phone bills, kids, etc) and we got approved without an interview or any trouble at all. Good luck :)
