Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

OMG, we just scammed by the same person last MAy 2019. And there were a lot of victims again. SOme are filing the case now. She uses #LaarniMurangPabyahe on facebook, but she disabled it now. Me

I know of a person who got scammed with her plane ticket back then

She bought her ticket locally here in our city, and that place is actually well-known! What a shame, and the thing was my colleague bought her ticket so she can fly to Hongkong to take her nclex exam. She saved up for that money for a long time and she paid for her exam, sadly she ddnt get to fly out of the country, plus she wasnt able to take her nclex exam and was given the status:no show. so that means, the exam was already invalid she will retake it and have to pay the $300+ again Just for the exam and then another for all her expenses, airfare wise for the exam..

It really sickens me to hear about these kinds of people.. Money doesnt grow in trees, and these people just treat people like it. That Xylide person SHOULD say something at least she can help you solve that case. Who knows, maybe she was scammed too

as i mentioned before, my friend was in the same situation . he together with other people who also got scammed filed a lawsuit against the agency and it had to be closed.

yes, that's why I need Xylide (Sherin) to go with me if she was also scammed. It's not easy to deal with this kind of problem especially when you are away.

My brother-in-law who works for the FBI can help find out where she currently lives right now and you may be able to hear her side of the story.

I don't think it's fair enough that you have to face everything when in fact, she was the one who suggested the said agency.

Grabe naman at nakakatulog xa nang diretso knowing na my inagrabyado xa na tao.

I'm glad that my hubby purchased the tickets online and we didn't had problems with it.

Even my hubby feared for my life when I invited new-found friends to share the room with me at Manila when I had my medical at SLEC.

He said I was too trusting. Though it didn't occur to me the situations that could happen. I was just being nice and friendly. Hehehhe
