HI people! Iam planning to do my medical exam this coming Tuesday and Wednesday. I just want to know how much is the payment? Also, here are the things that Iam planning to bring. Please let me know if I am missing anything.

1. Letter of Interview Appointment (Email from USEM)

2. Passport

3. Letter from NVC (copy) for case number

4. 3 2x2 picture with white background

5. NOA2 (copy)

6. Payment (how much?)

7. My HPV vaccine record (already completed 3 vaccines)

Info I need to note:

1. Passport information (no, date of issuance/expiration, place of issuance)

2. My fiance complete address

3. Adress of my relative in US

4. Point of entry

5. First day of my last menstruation

Go after lunch. You'll beat the morning rush and you'll get day 1 done a LOT faster.

Wear loose fitting clothes.

Make copy of your passport as you won't get it back until after your interview. May need copy for CFO or whatever.

last week the fee was 10,240 but just bring 10,500 and you should be fine. your docs are ok , youre good to go. good luck.

Thanks to all! I will do my medical exam tomorrow. I really feel ok but just having an itchy throat right now. Had tons of orange and ponkan this evening.
