Hello everyone,

Please can anyone help me with my case....well my wife just receive the NOA1 and while preparing the I-129f we noticed that we didnt add 4 copies of the G-325A form in the previous I-130.....which of course we found out while looking for the I-129F process.

1) Do we need to send the four (4) copies with note on it, or doesnt it really matter?

2) On the G-325A form, where it says "This form is submitted in connection with an Application for; Please can i put K-3 or still I-129F?

Kindly, assist me with the above information as God will bless you in your case too

Thanks in advance.

Hi Brina n Bolaji.

Wait for USCIS to send you a Request for Evidence (RFE) letter; if they want you to submit the 3 additional G-325A forms, they will ask for them.

Put K3 on the part of the G-325A that says "This form is submitted in connection with an Application for"

Just wait for an RFE (request foe further evidence) letter. They will tell you you missed the other pages. So just the missing papers and wait, not a big deal....good luck!!!!

I would obtain a complete set of signed G325a forms and have them ready in the unlikely event you get an RFE. For the I-129F, the best course of action is to simply not file it at all. K3 is virtually obsolete, as it no longer saves any time.

Okay, thanks guys i really appreciate your response... we've agree to wait for the RFE of which im thinking it will definitely come because the g-325A i sent to her was via email....filled and signed then scan and send...what u think guy...Okay or Bad?

And talking about abandon the K-3, so we should go for the IR1? i read about it, it require only I-130 approval then next moves.....is that better?

Yes the IR1 or CR1 is better.

If no copy of the G325a was filed with an original signature there is a greater chance of an RFE but there is an internal policy to accept them anyway. Unfortunately the policy is not universally understood or followed.
