If she has any documents related to work or education that may be needed here.. bring them.. it may be too late to get certified copies of things that may be needed in the future, but if she has them now they can be translated if needed in US....

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

That is incorrect. We have submitted translations done in Vietnam throughout the past 2 1/2 years without any problems.

I think you just get lucky AnhMap, or the officer who process your case dont understand what is certified translation.

CR1 timeline:

11/2008: submit I130

11/15/2008: case sent to CSC

06/02/2009: uscis approval

08/05/2009: interview-get blue slip request timeline

08/25/2009: submit timeline - get denial blue slip

if I was there boss, I will fire these officers @ uscis and NVC all.

every body know that money is king in VN.

you can get a "cat" and request vnese overthere translate into a "dog" with small amount of money. or just mot chau bia om

those officers are over stupid.
