Does my fiancee fill all those DS forms out directly on the PDF file online and then print them? If questions don't apply should she use N/A or None?

We want to hear from people who have already filled these out so she does it right.

Thanks!

So....

1) Can these be hand written, or do they HAVE to be typed?

2) In the spaces that do not apply to her, N/A, NONE, or leave BLANK?

Anyone that has already completed these, and gotten their visa, please respond....thanks.

They can be handwritten but it looks a lot neater if you just fill out online and print.

Leave none blank use N/A if it Not Applicable and NONE if its NONE.

DS 157 she'll get from the BDO when she pays her visa fee, it'll be validated by the bank on the back. My girl just got it. The other 2 you fill out online and print from what I understand.

You can fill out and print the DS 157 and take it with her to BDO and have them validate it.

You are correct, answer all questions. Use N/A to questions that does not apply.

She'll need

2 DS 156

1 DS 156K

2 DS 157

Best to do the DS 156 online as the information typed in goes into the barcode and speeds up things.

Be SURE to fill all blanks with N/A or NONE or the guard will send her to the back of the line and make her do so.

After getting the DS 157 from BDO she can fill that one in by hand and make a copy.

"Sometimes" BDO will accept a DS 157 already typed and just stamp the back PAID.

Have her glue the pictures on.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

DS 156 2 copies should be type and printed online-its required. it was told to us on my interview day.

DS 156K 1 copy and sign it and DS 157 2 pages (1 from bank and 1 from online, handwritten is ok), submit the blue receipt and attached it to the back of your DS157 which validated by the bank

do not leave any blanks, on my interview day some fiance got delayed online because of this.

I would suggest having your fiancee follow the Example Forms here on VJ. One of the questions was confusing, but I do not remember which one.
