I am not sure how to answer question 21 of I-864 Sponsor's Household Size. In section "a" we have the enter the number of people I am sponsoring, in my case is 1 (mi wife). But in section c. asks you to enter 1 if you are married. How should I complete this part of the form, since I am sponsoring my wife, without counting her twice?

Please advise,

Thank you

You would not list your wife in the section C. (Instructions say 'do not count anyone twice' and your wife is already counted on line 10) This form has multiple uses - in your case, you have a household size of 2 (unless you haven't mentioned something).

Thank you, that is what I thought. I wans't sure, and want to prevent any RFE.

Thanks again.

No problem - it gets asked a lot because the form has multiple uses in mind when it was created - it's easy to misinterpret sometimes.
