REAL processing time from Canda

A friend of mine is about to start the process for her husband. They both currently live in Canada, but are wanting to move to Texas.

Just wondering what some basic timelines are from people who have recently done this. Her husband is Canadian and they live in the Vancouver area.

I looked at the timeline, but to be honest, couldn't really understand all the charts in correlation to the different visas and wondered if the info was across the board or if the times differed from region.

Hoping someone can help!
