Lack of Touching for over a month!

Is it normal to not be touched in a long period? The last time any of my applications were touched was 6/3/06. I'm desperately waiting for an I-131 I got an NOA for on 5/8/06. Should I do something or call someone since I haven't been touched in such a long time?

I fear they don't like me anymore and don't want to touch me.

hi there. don't lose sleep over no " touches". there was only one message that i ever got

from USCIS , and that's they received the application and it takes bla-bla-bla days of

processing. it takes about 2 months from the receipt of your application to biometric

appointment for both aos and ead and probably about another month for the card if

there are no snags in the processing. hope you get another love letter from the USCIS

soon.

Do not rely too much on “touches”, it just means someone did something with your information on the computer.

ok, great guys, thanks for the quick responses. Here's to waiting some more.

Hopefully one day the USCIS will have such great accuracy in their update reports that they can provide updates in percentages. As in, "You're application is 56% approved"

Haha, USCIS and accuracy! My K1 case status still says 'pending'

Yeah... my EAD application still says its taking 90-120 days to process. MY AOS application hasn't been 'touched' since OCtober 1st, 2005, yet we have an interview date. Some people don't get anyy love. But as long as they still approve the applications, I don't much care!
