Hi all,

Who else is at 5 months now with no NOA2? Can you post how far past 5 months you are, and what steps you have or are taking, perhaps it will help me and others in similar situations.

What I've done and will be doing...

- Contacted USCIS to notify them, they told me to call back 30days after the 5 month mark.

- Called again, and they told me they could not do a service request because I'm one week away from the 6 month mark and the computer won't allow it unless your 30 days past 5 months.

- Will be contacting my other senator to see if he can help.

Thanks everyone, and please post if your past 5 months, or post if you have any ideas.

SO.... in 10 days we will have hit the 5 month processing time with CSC. I'm so mad! I mean, I know it happens, but really... of course it would happen to us.

Anyone else file in March and still have not heard either? I feel like the only one! And then I see these May filers getting approved and its so unfair that they do not go in order!!!!!!!!!

:(

I know someone who waited 10 months. NO RFE, nothing, even was military. They were frustrated but never became rattled. The happy couple married a week ago. They are happy. You will be too if you have the patience. Do You?

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

My I-129F took 6.5 months to be approved, despite numerous calls to senators & congressman, to USCIS, infopass appointment.

There were several of us who filed around the same time a year ago. Our petitions took about 2 months longer than everyone else (who filed in same month). We think they misplaced our box... or some super slow person had it. Because within a week or two, we got approved.

Yep..5 months is nothing. finally tally for us was 9 months. 7 months just to get an RFE and another 2 for them to get us our Noa2. Then there is a girl who filed same time as me got her noa2 after 3 months but had the consulate not send out her p3 right away so she had another month wait for that, and then anothger 6 months to get her interview date.

This journey is not for those without patience or a very calming loved one to calm you down lol.
