Some folks are saying that timelines have been updated ? I can't see it though Can anyone else tell me I-130 dates for CSC if they can see it ?

Okay got it..looks like link might have changed..so go to uscis.gov site and then navigate to the dates again to see new dates ...Alas K3 is still at March 5, 2006

10-24-2006 : notice that case has moved to Vermont

05-11-2006 : I-130 Received by NSC

05-26-2006 : Notice Date

06-01-2006 : Check cleared

06-02-2006 : Received NOA1 in mail

california shows Jan 02nd for I-130 petition filed for a spouse of a USC.

02/28/06...NOA1....I-130 VSC

May 2006..Medical in Frankfurt

06/14/06...I-130 approved via email [day 111]

06/19/06...NOA2....I-130 received via mail

07/10/06...talked to embassy to expedite the process

07/12/06...NVC stated case completed and sent to FRANKFURT[day 147]

07/17/06...received packet 3 from embassy

07/29/06...received packet 4

08/15/06...INTERVIEW at 7:30am- APPROVED

08/21/06...VISA received

08/23/06...Flight to US

08/23/06...I am back home

09/20/06...received greencard in mail

09/27/06...received SSC in Mail

09/23/07...our daughter was born :)

30/05/07...filed for Removal of Conditions

07/05/08...received NOA for I-751

01/07/08...college here I come :)

waiting for biometrics and Approval.....

i130 csc working on jan 02, i just got my i130 approved last monday,my receipt date is march 13 2006..according to the update they should be no where close to my case..

Ok.. for what’s it worth I’ve been told it works this way… The dates posted on the website are when the last cases are dealt with… the “problem cases” so to speak. If the case is “clean” with no problems at all when first looked at.. it is approved. If there is the slightest problem it goes to the next pile.. It could still be approved but it would take from 2 to 6 weeks after it was first looked at. If there is still a problem it goes to the next pile which would be within the dates posted... at that time it could still be approved but will probably get an RFE or a denial. Yours must have been “clean” Congrats 

Why, oh why, has the K-3 status not moved? It's just too depressing.

I should have known better than to hold my breath for this update in processsing times. I'm always so disappointed.

Bleh.

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived
