Look bottom line, the poor among us have the worst rates of illness and suffer the most from poor healthcare.... they incidently all have their healthcare managed under the existing gov't run Health care system for poor.

why would we all want the same poor results?

Some do offer it. Not all MDs are up to their necks in debt and debt removed... not all are money hungry, greedy leeches.

It's true, and their is a free/low cost clinic in the area. If you ask the doctors themselves, they don't talk abouit their debt, but they do blame their liability carriers. I have been with Kaiser for so long, that when my wife had a workman's comp claim, I had forgot how ####### the doctors in individual practice get with the releases and letters of understanding. I wonder who covers the doctor's butts when they work the clinics.

Malpractice insurance costs don't help at all. There are enough circles in these arguments to make one just want to tell these people to start from scratch. Of course, this plays into GOP desires, as that translates into inaction.

That's why I think the best solution is to nationalize the whole thing. Nobody has really tried out Marx's theories yet, from the correct starting point. There is just enough dissatifaction with the greed and disparity of income that, perhaps, America is just about ready to give it a try.

Reverse psychology is a persuasion technique involving the false advocacy of a belief or behavior contrary to the belief or behavior which is actually being advocated. This technique relies on the psychological phenomenon of reactance, in which a person has a negative emotional response in reaction to being persuaded, and thus chooses the option which is being advocated against.

It is often used on children due to their lack of psychological understanding and higher rate of reactance.

I concur. I have a very good doctor who treats my asthma and I have said often enough that I wish he could be my primary care dr. He doesn't try to take every dime I have, often gives me samples so I don't have to buy as many disks for my asthma and when I need prednisone to get past a bad slump in my asthma he always gives me the amount I need so I don't have to go buy a prescription. He hates the insurance racket as much as I do.

No, they're not all greedy. I happen to have a damn good one and I'll argue with anyone about it. When you have been a patient of the same doctor for years, ya get to know the dude...

Just sayin'.

In my opinion, the medical doctors are already inundated with patients which would give them enough income to live for 10 years. They are already financially happy. Therefore, the need to get more money is relaxed a bit since they paid all their student loans+debt. I'd say it's the new doctors who are worried about paying off their student loans, and tend to be greedy.

That sick liberal tendency to paint others as "greedy" is really getting old.

Why don't you tell us what you give away?

From what I gather from your posts, you've benefited pretty well since arriving here, please take a minute and tell us what money and time you pass up for your fellow american?

I would bet almost every person here hopes to get every honest dollar they can for their labor.

THATS NOT GREED.

Its funny how much liberals "care" and want healthcare for all. Ok, why don't they band together and volunteer to pay for it? No, they want to force everyone else into trillions and trillions of more debt. It isn't about prosperity for all, its that they are miserable and want misery spread equally.

Band together and volunteer to pay for it? Hey, that's a good idea. Isn't that the same thing you did to pay for Bush's wars, military spending, corporate welfare, and tax cuts for the wealthy? Did it work well for you?

It wasn't just Bush's war, the American people were behind it so hate on all of us that supported the war and not just Bush ok. I hate to see him get all the #######.

Allow me to translate your revisionist history into plain English for everyone to understand:

Not all Americans were "behind it" as you assert. There was plenty of dissent. You simply weren't paying attention.

Bush lied to Americans by cooking the "intelligence" regarding Iraq.

You are still welcome to band together with the other ostriches and pay for Bush's war and for the rest of his spending spree.

Picture it.. VJ 2009..

Joseph is accused of stereotyping the left during every post he makes...

At the same time, those same accusers make post after post saying conservatives hate small children with muscular dystrophy and want them to die.

Priceless...

Do you always talk about yourself in the third person?

He's Bob Dole.
