Hi All,

I have a question regarding adjustment of status I am not sure if this is the right place to post this question however this is my situation and any input will be appreciated.

I came to United States on November 2001 as a child of an Asylee (my mother was granted Asylum status and I came through family reunion program). I applied for my green card on December 2003. On 2005 I got married and on November 2005 I got latter to complete G325A and mail it to USCIS and than on October 2007 my Green Card was denied (all that time I put several service center requests asking why decision on my case was delayed) saying that since I got married I am not considered as a Child of Asylee anymore, however I still have a right to live and work in United States. Since my husband already was a permanent resident he filed I130 on my behalf on December 2007. Right now my husband is in a process of becoming a US Citizen, he is going for interview on September 21, 2009.

So my question is after he passes his interview and goes for oath and gets the certificate what are my options? Can we change the status of my petition or how we can make the process faster?

Thank you in advance.
