Questions on the G-325a forms

K so again you will no doubt think these questions are simple but obviously so want to make sure that everything is precise when i send it off. K so questions first about the petitioners form:

1. Applicants residence last 5 years = on the example form it lists all her addresses but does only ask for last 5 years address, so is it ok if only one address is entered, obviously so long as it covers the last 5 years?

2. Same for employment, only need the last 5 years? or should fill out all employment?

3. Again the employment, it asks for full name and address, so filled out full name but then the address needs to be what exactly? Guess they don't need the whole deal, but they need at least what? Street name number n city? or city n country? Please be clear =)

1. They do fill out the exact same form each right?

2. Under last address last 5years, as England has no province or states what should be entered, just N/A?

3. Employment last 5years, i'm self employed, so whats best to enter under full name and address, Just self-employed and then my address?

4. Address again, they need street city and country or more?

Same as #1 above.

We just listed city and country - put the exact if you know it, otherwise you'll be fine with city/country (or City/State if in the US).
