Hey VJ family I have a question I on my G-325A I only capitalized the first letter of my last name but my husband capitalized all the letters does that matter? Do you have to capitalize the last name on the G-325A?

As long as the writing is legible, I doubt they would care.

You'll be fine - but FYI - typically, the first letter of a person's name (First name, Middle name(s), or Last/Family name) is capitalized as a proper noun (just like a city or a country). They'll figure it out.

I capitalized all letters in my last name and my husband's on the 325A, but I'm sure it doesn't matter-the last name is under the proper place for the last name on the form, so they'll know!
