Returned Packages from USCIS

Any ideas what level of mail service does USCIS use for returning packages? Is it USPS - First Class or something else?

7/29/2009: Parents AOS Application – I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765, G-325A submitted to Chicago Lockbox

7/30/2009: Package Received by USCIS – Chicago Lockbox

8/23/2009: 8 NOA Received for all submitted applications and checks

8/23/2009: 1 additional NOA received – rejecting the extra check sent (check returned)

8/27/2009: ASC Appointment Notice for Fingerprints (both)

9/17/2009: Fingerprints taken for both

9/21/2009: ASC Appointment Notice for Fingerprints (dad only)

10/2/2009: Advance Parole for both parents received

10/07/2009: EAD for both parents received

10/17/2009: Fingerprints taken (dad only)

10/23/2009: Request for Applicant to appear for Initial Interview (both parents – 2 separate letters)

10/26/2009: Police Letter requested for Dad

11/04/2009: Police Letter requested for Dad

11/30/2009: Interview completed

11/30/2009: Parents passports stamped with approval for GC

They use standard USPS mail.

Timeline

USPS, Standard. All the correspondence I have received from USCIS was standard USPS. Usually, I would receive a letter within 5 days after online notification on my account.

Thought I will update you all. Just received all the NOA for all the AOS applications. Extra check of $70 was returned as a separate NOA.

No I did not. My understanding was that you need to send G-325A only with I-485 applications. Technically, I am not the one applying for I-485, it is my parents who are, hence they need to send it for themselves only.

However, on this forum, I did read that when you are sponsoring your spouse and he/she is adjusting for I-485, then you have to send the G-325a for yourself as well as your spouse. I believe the instructions for the form I-485A say the samething.

You might want to carefully check the instructions on Form I-130, I-485 and G-325A

SORRY TO bother you so much but i am keep asking because i am also applying for my parents and also i got NOA for all and not any problem particularly for that. so i can follow you and just send for applicants which are my parents.
