Your K1 visa isa single enntry. Since you did not get married and you moved out of US there is nothing you can do about it.You have to start all over again..

The K1 is single entry as the previous poster mentioned. Some embassies will re-issue it in extraordinary cases though, especially as your "visa time" isn't up yet. Make an appointment with the US embassy asap to plead your case- if you have evidence of your family emergency (death cert or doctor letter etc) bring that with you.

I agree, this has happened in the past and embassies have re-issed the K1. So contact the embassy as soon as you can. If they do re-issue the K1 your original 90 days will still stand so make sure you get married with the original 90 days.

Good Luck

Please, a possible solution does exist....

To the OP:

Contact the Consulate ASAP. They are the only ones who can help you. The have the discretionary power to re-validate your K-1 but time is running out

YMMV

I dont' see any big humanitarian reason why they would revalidate your visa. Leaving for family reason I don't think qualifies.

You left before you were married and now you most likely will be stuck there. You two will have to do it all again.

I suspect it will all depend on whether the "family reason" was in fact a family emergency or not. The OP has not followed up with any details or updates.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
