I-864 tax question

Hey Guys..

So .. In 03 I filed Married filing jointly with my ex husband.

I was not working at the time but we still filed that way.

How would I go about submitting this with my I-864.. Or do I even have to

or would i have to as My name was on the return..

and if i do have to sumbit that one with him on it.

do i need his signature or something?

please.. heh this question has really been worrying to me

or just my household size now (me and my daughter)

You do not include your husbands income, but in working out the household size it would be for 3.......you, your daughter and your husband.
