Well ole chap, one thing is for certain, I do not see it releasing convicted terrorists to go home to a hero's welcome in Libya. You need to clean up your own back yard before you start worrying about the USA.

Both parties in the USA are out of control, and especially their lunatic fringes, the liberal wacko nuts on the left that have lots of influence over Obama and the radical right wing gun slinger religious freaks that influenced Bush!

You get in the middle and everyone just takes you for granted and ignores any reason or common sense.

So if we play within the US political system then only thing we can do is vote the bums out next elections, or go to town hall meetings and raise hell, or call congress or write or protest, since all this is the civil way of doing things. Or if we all had the money we could donate and pay off the politicians like the big campaign contributors do and get the laws and perks we want passed. Sadly that does not happen in democracy. It is flawed to a degree.

I would suggest; yes there are two fringes but the right generally does not impose it's ideas or will on "The people" as the Left-wing does.

These were pretty lame examples of Bush forcing people to do things or pay for things which are not in the scope of government responsibility.

Stem cell-- as far as I know, Nothing Bush did limited you or anyone else to using stem cells in research, it only limited "public money" and only at the federal level as many people oppose this dark area of research.

Faith based initiatives is full of rules and regs ...and open to all faiths and even groups with no faith who do the work the gov't seems least able to effectuate.

Maybe you don't know it but this area is hardly filled with "right wing types", the left have used these opening to further the social work they see as import, perhaps more than any.

Lumping "Brownie" to this is weak and lame.

I don't mind if you mis state the facts (purposely or not) but please don't put words in my mouth.

Forty-one percent (41%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -14. These figures mark the lowest Approval Index rating yet recorded for this President. The previous low of -12 was reached on July 30.
