Q 8 List all the people that you claim as dependents on your tax return

Q 9 List anyone that you have submitted an I-134 or I-864 for (as sponsor or cosponsor). Also include anyone that you have filed an I-864 for in your household count for determining qualifying income (unless that person has completed 40 quaters of work; has become a US citizen; has abandoned their green card). Divorce does not end the I-864 obligation.

Q 10 If you were the petitioner then list anyone that you petitioned for (parents, former spouse, etc.)

Do not list your fiancee unless you have submitted an affidaivt of support for her prior to this K1 petition.

Always take a look at the example forms here on VJ. That helps to make you feel comfortable with the forms.

The doc you linked to looks like it supporting a visitor visa application.

For a K1 the I-134 is a short term affidavit that will be supplanted by the I-864 during the Adjustment of Status. The example form shown here on VJ is for a K1. That is exactly how I completed my I-134 and there were no issues.

I speak my mother language (currently typing in it), but not my wife's.

Do some reading the Asia: East and Pacific regional forum and you will get lots of feedback regarding HCMC. Welcome to the party.
