 Good Evening Everyone,

I am sitting here with my husband and we have decided we want to live in Morroco within the next few years. Our concerns are the following.

A) if we wanted to visit and my husband does not have his green card ( we have not gotten it yet because we have been so broke) would he have to get a tourist visa to come to the US?

B) If we stay and get green card can he come back here say every year and half to satisfy his residency here. I am writing a book and we were thinking about starting an import export buisness from the US to Morroco.

Any advice would be great....

my husband and i have the same plans to live in morocco in like 5 years and i think it is better to have your green card first then come back to the US to remove conditions in two years.

=>this way you won't have to apply for tourist visa every two years or so,

Good luck.
