Hi GUYZ! I have thesame case too! We went at the Social Security Office the day after my wedding to get a SSN. But unfortunately they cudnt issue a SSN for me coz my I-94 z about to expire in 14 dayz:-( They gave me a letter and told me to go to the Immigration Office and ask for an extension for my I-94 or ask for a Permanent Residence doc or sumthin like dat! But i read that there's no extension for K1 I-94. I AM SOOO CONFUSED!

Can HELP me guyz wat to do?...PLZ? Shud i just wait for my AOS and EAD to got approved before i apply for my SSN? How long does it usually take for an EAD to approve? And I have my 8y.o. daughter with me using K2 Visa.We need to wait for her EAD before before we can apply for her SSN right?

Shud i just wait for my AOS and EAD to got approved before i apply for my SSN? How long does it usually take for an EAD to approve?

Cant get your I-94 extended - you'll need to wait until you get the EAD or PR/Green Card now.

EAD takes around 60-90 days to get.
