W-2 requirements for AOS Interview

Hello fellow VJers! I just have a quick question regarding our interview requirements. Our interview schedule is on August 27th at 11:am in Seattle ,WA now my question is my husband is a self employed and because of that we doesn't have any W-2 for this year to present on the interview,do you think it will not gonna be a problem for our approval? What did you send with your I-864/Affidavit of Support?

we send my husband's W-2 last 2007 because he didn't have he's Income tax return yet and W-2 for the year 2008 do you think it will be ok if we just present those to the interview?

OK, so you sent the AOS in/around May 09 but on the I-864 only included 2007 income tax and supporting documents.

Well, you should be prepared to show documentation of his income - if not by W-2's then by what ever means applies to his situation - plus I'd be ready to submit 2008's tax return and supporting documents.
