I have been told by the NVC that my I-129F has been sent by DHL to the consulate in Montreal on Aug 17th. I also received the case number. Is there a number for the consulate that I can use to contact them to see if they've received it? Thanks.

ball.gif Consulate Phone Number:514-398-9695 Press 4 (between 2:00 & 4:30 eastern time).

Apparently they no longer answer phone inquiries due to staff shortages:

Fax: 514.398.0973

When e-mailing, please do the following:

Be sure to include your Case # in the subject.

Inquiries can take up to 48+ hours to be answered.

Warning (April 20, 2009): Whoever has been answering e-mails at Montreal is barely responding with more than a few words. They are obviously so busy they can't keep up. Keep your e-mails short and to the point! ball.gif Consulate E-Mail:Montreal-IV-DV@state.govball.gif Address:Physical address:

1155 rue St-Alexandré

Montréal, Québec

Truly happy!!!
