Back in the days when the colonists revolted against the Stamp Act and Townshend Act from England, there were a number of town hall meetings that the Crown hated. In fact, they despise the towns hall meeting. But, the colonists resisted by gathering to have town hall meetings.

Over two centuries later, the very government of the people urges the people to take advantage of the towns hall meeting. Heck, they even let the protesters inside. What do many people do? Instead of discussing the necessity of why or why not? It's a battle between rhetoric not of the state of the matter.

Yes we did get alot of that during the Bush administration but it was never the majority of the left as it is not now of the right(very few people) regardless how hard the left tries to make it appear that way.
