Hey everyone, another person here trying to get through this process as smoothly as poss............. so my questions:

Filling out I-129f form right now, n really just want to check i'm doing it right so would thankyou for your direct and quick responses.

1. Do i leave the number 2 question where it says apt# blank if there is none, or do i have to fill in every space and so then say none?

2. On number 3. it says state/country, now i write both in i take it rather then state or country as on previous question, and then also for me (living in England) what should i fill that out with as no states here. And for usa state/province would CA/USA be fine?

3. Question 12 for the alien fiance side, where it says date authorization stay expired, ok if i put the date for example as Nov 16 2009? Or standard date mode mm/dd/yy?

4. Number 15, again with me being in England, what to do about State Province, how would someone in England fill that out? Also as where i live can be named a few things, for country do i put England, United Kingdom or Great Britain?

5. Question 20. would answering boxes - London, England - suffice for city and Country?

So if anyone can answer anyone of these quite petty questions i would be so grateful. I'm just being particular obviously as its so important. So Thankyou in advance, love to hear from you all soon.

THANKS!!!!!!

I think you could, yes. "None" or "N/A" would also be appropriate.

2. On number 3. it says state/country, now i write both in i take it rather then state or country as on previous question, and then also for me (living in England) what should i fill that out with as no states here. And for usa state/province would CA/USA be fine?

Follow the example form - rather than get into all the details here. :star:

3. Question 12 for the alien fiance side, where it says date authorization stay expired, ok if i put the date for example as Nov 16 2009? Or standard date mode mm/dd/yy?

Use standard date mm/dd/yyyy

4. Number 15, again with me being in England, what to do about State Province, how would someone in England fill that out? Also as where i live can be named a few things, for country do i put England, United Kingdom or Great Britain?

UK is fine.

5. Question 20. would answering boxes - London, England - suffice for city and Country?

Yup.

Example I-129F
