Hi Friends...

I will have interview next week, for CR1 and CR2 visa. I got the letter from my ex husband which mentioned that he knows our planning to moved to US and gave support and responsibility to me as my daughter custodian. The letter has knowledge and stamp from notarial.

Beside that i have the legal decision from religious court which mentioned that i have responsibility for my daughter custodian.

Friends, i need your input, share and comment, is it enough to completed the task for Visa to bring my daughter with me?

With the letters and the papers you have ot should be good to go :) . Do you know the exit requirments in your country for your son once you get the VISA? In COlombia we had to have a special letter from the mom that was notorized in a certainplace to enable them to leave the country once they had the visa.

4/14/10 Email approval for 13 yr Old CR 4/23/10

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png
