DS-3032 email processing time?

Hi everyone. DS-3032 for my son is still not processed although I've emailed it 10 days ago (please see my signature). I called NVC multiple time already, they say to wait. I should have express-mailed DS-3032 besides emailing it, but I was told that email should be faster and decided not to bother with mailing hard copies. On the other hand, I-864s for son and wife were processed by NVC in just 1 day. Slow DS-3032 processing is the only thing holding both cases now, this is very annoying. DS-3032 is the simplest of all NVC forms and less important one, they should accept DS-3032 over the phone but they refuse to do it. Anyone knows if they process hard copies of DS-3032 faster than email or slower?

From signatures of some members here I see that it takes about 2 weeks on average for DS-3032 email to be processed. If I knew it beforehand I'd email DS-3032 as soon as NVC case # was assigned, I wouldn't wait for DS-3032 to be generated.

my wife emailed our ds3032 on august 05 and NVC still have not processed it, I called them and talked to them they told me that I can submit my I184 so I sent it express mail yesterday along with a copy of our DS3032, this is the only thing holding us up

I would say hard copy is approved faster than an e-mail, but since you already sent e-mail 10 days ago, don't waste money on expensive express mail. We did the same. I e-mailed my DS-3032, then we waited and have been calling NVC but nothing and 12 days later hubby mailed the hard copy. Our DS-3032 (e-mailed version) was approved on the 14th day. So, my advice, just wait few more days and it will be approved

I see you have 2 cases, but you could keep track of them both in ur signature and create a VJ TIMELINE (ADD/EDIT) for ur wife's case.

Hey u know what i sent my DS3032 via email on 6th aug and its still not processed. I have called NVC 3 times till now and they say they are processing july 30th emails:(( So dont know how long ours will take...its better to wait and have faith in god coz it will surely get processed.In the meantime send the I864 package along with the AOS fee barcoded sheet with status paid.

My case is held up as i cant send the DS230 and neither can my hubby pay the IV fee:(

Lets be in touch.When you call NVC you can ask them which dates emails they are working on.

I've mailed I-864 package already and it was processed in just 1 day, see my signature. I'll have all the DS-230 documents ready by Friday, these freaken DS-3032 forms are the only thing holding the case back! They schedule interviews on the 2nd week of every month, I want to be in time for September. If I only knew about this whole email situation before, damn! Why they just don't automate the whole Agent Selection thing with online form or something like that? That's a good case for Government inefficiency here, and now they want to run health care?!

You are 3 days ahead of me, was your wife's DS-3032 email processed already? The slowness of NVC email processing drives me nuts. But hey, after all, these guys are actually pretty fast next to USCIS - it takes months for those dudes to process a simple paper!

hey my hubby is the USC and my petitioner.Am in India and I will call again on tues to check the status.However my hubby os checking the online payment to see if the IV bill becomes ready to pay.

I know this is really frustrating coz we held up coz of the simplest form.However i agree that NVC is fast ...USCIS was slow but we have to agree that we are here coz of USCIS(atleast they finally approved our case)

hey i called NVC today and they have not processed my email yet:( also today the guy who took my call says they cant say which days emails are being processed....however i have been calling NVC since 11th aug atleast 4times till now and I have been given that info....

anyways cant do anything else but wait patiently and pray that we hear good news soon on our case:)

Unbelievable! If I only knew it takes so long! In all resources I've read they say it's faster to email DS-3032 than to mail a hard copy.

Hey i understand how u feel..i feel teh same...NVC waiting is much lesser....we both sailing in the same boat...but i have a strong feeling that good news is on the way soon for both of us:)have faith in god!! am sure everyone is sending via email thats why the long wait...but as everyone says ...if you send via email dont send via mail as it will slow down teh process.So am just waiting patiently.I am getting my DS230 ready and also interview stuff like emails,photos etc.You should do the same.

What emails? I have a wife AND an infant son living in Russia, what other proof do they need? I'm flying there 3 times a year and I'm totally sick of living like that. US immigration laws are inhuman, period! I hate them!
