Once NVC sends your file to the embassy , the embassy will then send info to the beneficiary. Best wishes.

My advice follow the CR-1 and forget the K3!!!! CR-1 is the best visa anyways!!!!!

My wife (US Citizen) and I ( UK Citizen) have also petitioned for a K3. It's so frustrating waiting. n the mean i'm collating more phone records, emails, medical records etc. I suggest, if you haven't already done so, get all your vacination up-to-date, go to your local clinic to get GUM tested; also get a HIV and blood test done. This should help in the medical,as they require the information.

I can't wait to get my petition approved. I'm hoping very soon
