I submitted the i-130, and for my wife name I placed her first name followed by my last name. I have received the I-797c, Notice of Action. My concern is that her colombian passport and her birth certificate have her maid name not mine. Now for the rest of the forms should I continue to use my last name when referring to my wife. Thanks for the help.

OK. Did your wife leagaly take your last name when you married? If so, and you can prove it with a copy of your marriage license, then you shouldn't have any problems and you should continue to fill in the rest of your paper work as you did your I-130. But, always make sure to place her maiden name in the appropriate place on any form that requires it.

Good luck

The marriage Certificate shows her maiden name and not mine. Can this be an issue?

The marriage certificate should show her maiden name. If she is going to assume your name then she'll need to change the name in her passport- the marriage certificate will act as her proof of name change.
