Ok I know this sounds really stupid, I don't really know how to type legal documents ; ie my affidavits for the removal of conditions. And, of course I want it to look professional. I don't know any legal secretaries or secretaries that I can ask to do it for me. Where can I go to get an affidavit typed for me? Would a law office do it for me for a fee? I need suggestions, did anyone do it themselves? THanks, Jelloshotgirl HELP!!!! :wacko::bonk:

mailed out aos and ead 7/13/2007

aol and ead packet received per usps 7/16/2007

checks cashed 07/26/07

noa 1 FOR EAD RECEIVED 07/27/07

noa 1 for aos received 07/28/07

biometrics 08/15/07

ead card ordered 09/20/07!!!!

ead card received 10/01/07! finally!

aos case transferred to California Service Center 10/03/07!

received "Welcome to the United States of America I-797 11/05/07!(dated 10/30/07)!

Permanent Resident card received 11/05/07 (dated 10/31/07)! THank u LorD!

Will file for 10 year GC End of July/Early August 2009!

Removal of Conditions:

Mailed I-751 overnight mail to Vermont Service Center 09/10/09

VSC received the I-751 Packet 09/11/09 About 12 pm Local time

Check was cashed as of Sept 16th 2009

NOA Received 09/19/09 dated 09/14/09

I-797 Appointment Notice received 10/01/09 dated 09/25/09 (Biometrics)

Got they 10 year GC approval letter in the mail dated 01/08/10! yehey!

10 GREENCARD RECEIVED 01/20/10

Citizenship.......maybe............or maybe stay a permanent resident .......................

Look under Example Forms above and there is an example. We typed our own. You shouldn't have to pay to have it done. Just use the format example and have someone write what they want to say about your wonderful marriage and they can type it or you can type it. You can have it notarized at your bank or their bank.

This is what I was going to say. They are only required when you feel your case is weak in other ways. If you have a strong case in other regards, forget the affidavit(s).

I disagree. I think you should send everything you can to prove a valid, happy marriage. I have spend far too much money and time to get to this point. If they use it fine; if they do not use it fine. At least they have everything I can send to include pictures which are not required. Just my opinion.

I appreciate eveyones input, thanks! I will be sending affidavits because (due to my own fault to a point) I feel some of our evidence is lacking due to some personal circumstances, but that doesnt mean our marriage is not valid ! aside from the fact our address is a private road , it has 2 different names ( i am going to get affidavit from my next door neighbor and my dad) we also get our mail at a po box also . aside from some other stuff . LOL. THats why I am asking...if anyone else has some templates for affidavit please advise
