did i need to file financial support form?

Hi guys,

New here and been reading the forum posts, very interesting and informative. thanks for the site.

I filed my I-129F (K1) July 26st and got my NOA1 same week (July 30). But as I was reading the forums I noticed that a lot of folks have filed the form for financial support. I am now hitting my head against the wall because I did not. Did i make a mistake??? is there a way I can fix this problem??? I actually followed the instructions that came with I-129F form and did not see a need to fill out this form. please let me know.

The support forms go to the consulate not the USCIS. Don't worry you didn't make a mistake. :thumbs:

K-1

08/27/2009 - Visa Received

10/09/2009 - Married

AOS/EAD

11/18/2009 - NOA1

01/15/2010 - EAD Approved

The financial support forms are for the interview stage, so all is well...

I-129F NOA1 : 2009-03-10

I-129F NOA2 : 2009-06-18

Interview : 2009-12-10 - Denied

Married : 2009-12-29

I-130 sent : 2011-03-24

I-130 noa1 : 2011-03-30
