well....maybe do it all online.........

you draft a petition.........attach it to a file and email it.

next person prints, signs and scans...attach and email it again

you can be cc'd on it all along!

no personal info required. when you get it in the end just add your info and send it on!!!

enraptured - with you on this....but would signatures help? who would we send it to?

the white house? every single state government in the US? i'd be livid if i was sara. seriously. i'm pissed off even reading about this situation....

there seriously has to be a way for this to be resolved. sara....God bless you, seriously. (F)(F)(F)(F) i know my words are just words, but i hope you know that it will all end one day.

thank you and ur right i am livid.

one of the wonderful members on vj emailed me a list of all governmental names, addresses and email addresses if they were available.

I have literally spent the entire day sending out emails and calling, and i will keep it up until they send someone to make me stop.

also all of u that pimed me thank you for all ur suggestions and i have followed thru with each and every one of them

oh and i guess our attorney was reading this thread cuz he is a member i dont know his vj name but i got a email from his office today that they had tried to do a service request on our case but were told there was nothing more that they can do for us and they will be contacting the local office as in info pass to try to figure out what to do.

its been so long since i have heard from them i thought they had just disappeared

maybe something like:

This petition is to highlight the difficult and unfair case of S.E. and T.F. who are engaged to be married and have been waiting for more than two years to be together. S.E. filed a K-1 visa, or a fiancee visa, for her fiance T.F. in 12/01 and provided all required information that all individuals who are attempting to undertake this path do. More than two years later, bla occured and bla didnt occur etc etc...

maybe this is a bit melodramatic, but maybe something like this? short and concise? obviously im using whatever came in my head in regards to dates and the initials....

We can collect as many as possible, print it out and then send it to them and to whoever else, perhaps. I am going to forward that link around if you are satisfied with it. It couldn't be any more honest... :(
