hi to all.

to give you summary of what happened

19apr06--filed AOS

01may06--filed EAD

05may06--biometrics AOS

20may06 --biometrics EAD

26may-- received request for additional evidence (federal income tax)

along w/ the letter, it says there you are ineligible for interim employment authorization after

missing initial evidence is received

01jun06--sent docs for addtnl evidence

28jun06-- received transfer notice MSC to CSC

now my question is re my EAD. what should i expect? its more than 2mths now & havent heard since them. when i check my online status, it only says there that they received my application & will send a decision. but what does it mean w/ the statement above re interim employment? when can i schedule an infopass? my bis problem is i wasnt able to photocopy the letter that they sent to me because they asked me to attach it when i submit the additional evidence. pls enlighten. many thanks in advance.

Our EAD was delayed the number of days it to from them requesting RFE to the date they say they received it.
