infopass appointment question

Hey, guys!

I just scheduled an infopass appointment for this coming Thursday. We filed for AOS and EAD and AP alltogether. Got our notices of receipt and then last Saturday checked our status on USCIS website and it said that they sent us two notices (most likely notice to take biometrecs) and they returned as undeliverable. We did change address since I-129 approval. But I notified them online, by phone and by mailing the AR11.

I have a few questions to you about this infopass appointment:

1. I put 1 person since I was the one filing for the form. Is it okay if my husband, USC, will come along with me?

2. What do I bring with me? I am thinking: passport, with I-94 (not valid anymore though), my Ukrainian driver's license, certified copy of the marriage certificate, our 3 notices of receipts for I485, I765 and I131. Print out of that message :undeliverable notice. NOA 2 for my k-1 approval. ANything else? Or and my husband will have his driver's license together with his US passport.

What do you think? Any advice on this?

I know I am panicking too much. But I am really worried. It is so weird that we got notices of receipt and then this undeliverable notice.

Thanks!

Your husband can go.

You'll certainly want to bring your I.D.s.

As for the rest - keep in mind, you're going to simply clear up what the notices were for (and if they were for your biometrics) and to be sure they have your correct address. And to perhaps (if they're able to) - re-issue the notice(s).

So not a lot will be really needed (of course, you probably have a file folder full of stuff, and it won't hurt to bring it) - the previous NOA1's would certainly help. If you have them, bring the change of address confirmations.

It should prove to be fairly uneventful...

Hey, new update. I just checked our status and saw that I485 and I765 were touched today. Do you think it might be the case that they actually re-sent those notices that were undeliverable? Could it be that fast? I just called USCIS today early morning and updated the mailing address.

Yes your husband can go. Yes, he will need some form of ID. Drivers license should be OK, it is what I have used. Bring your passport, I-94 and visa. Also bring your receipt for the AOS and ask them if they can do the biometrics. MOST, but not all, local offices will do this if you ask.

Nothing to worry about. They can take care of the address situation also.

I didn't know we could ask about biometrics. We definitely will. Thank you for the information and the support.
