Are you a USC? Or LPR? You don't have a timeline, and it only says in your profile that you have filed for removing conditions. From what I am reading here:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...arents-overview

Only USC's are allowed to petition for a parent.

It would be great if you would make one post with all of your information and questions-it's hard to follow all of your different posts.

Hello So before in last december 2008 i filed application for citizenship N-400 but during the process and after my first interview of N-400 USCIS found that i never filled for remiving condition which is their mistake because i directly got 10 yrs greencard and never 2 yrs. so they told me do that process which i did and also in last month i went to second interview for I-751 with my husband and i was good. then i got oath letter and now i am USC. so this is the story also my parents are alredy in USA on b1-b2 visa so now i am filling for them AOS so they don't need to go back.

this is the reason i am asking question about how to file forms because i already start process and in somewhere i don't understand the questions how to fill that out so i am asking question

fist i ask for EAD and now i am asking for I-864

thank you very much
