Your Fee is the same regardless, you apply for the EAD or not. Better to apply for it since it is covered in the AOS application.

2.I know for I-484 the filing fee is $1010, for I-130 it is $377 and no fee for G-325a,I-864 and what about I-765?

If I am correct, the fee is $355 for the I-130. There is no free for G-325a(its just form that has your info), I-864(Yet another form where a sponsor is disclosing his ability to care for the benificiary) & the I-765(A form that establishes eligibility based on medical conditions). The Civil surgeon will charge you a fee though, for filling the I-765 forms for you.

3. for the Form I-765 what i have to write in section 16 for my parents they are in USA on B1/B2 visa. i mean to say in the form they have written read in the instruction but i really don't understand that?

Hi Richa,

Please don't panic. You can do it. Just do it step by step. We are all here to help you. Regarding your query, my eligibility category was C 9. Since, you are sponsoring your parents, I am not sure, if they fall in the same category. I hope some senior member can help you out. You can read the instructions for filling I-765 and can establish the eligibility from that. If not, let me know, I'll look up the forms and reply back.
