Hi everybody,

I have some question about my parents I-485,I-130 and I-864,I-765

1. Do I have to pay fee for EAD when i am filling all together like all abover mentioned files?

2.I know for I-484 the filing fee is $1010, for I-130 it is $377 and no fee for G-325a,I-864 and what about I-765?

3. for the Form I-765 what i have to write in section 16 for my parents they are in USA on B1/B2 visa. i mean to say in the form they have written read in the instruction but i really don't understand that?

1. If you are filing I-485, you do not pay a fee for I-765 EAD.

2. The filing fee for I-130 is $355, NOT $377. No fee for I-765, G-325A and I-864. You should issue 2 checks: one for $1010, the other one for $355.

3. Since you are filing together with I-485, the category is "C 9".

I'm not really familiar with the issue of bringing parents to the US, but I know that a child has to be a US citizen, and I'm not sure if parents can adjust from tourist visas, since originally when they were getting a visa they had to provide evidence that they don't intend to stay in the US. I always thought that parents are petitioned for when they are in their home country, not in the US. You should check these questions in the forum "Bringing family members to the US", this forum is mostly for marriage-based AOS in the US.
