I-130 Processing time............

I know everyone is saying that the USCIS is about to update there times for processing but as it stands Vermont is still stuck at a December 24th date.

Is this the date of the first NOA, and i am right in thinking as I didnt send ours off till May we are looking at a 5 month wait approx so i should be looking to know something about October time?

I know there is no way of knowing for sure but this would be an approx guess?

I-130 Process

NOA2 Approval recieved in the mail - 08/09/06

I-129F Process - With new form!

NOA2 arrived in mail - 08/26/06

NVC For I-129F

Arrived at NVC and Case # assigned - 08/28/06

Case Sent to London - 08/31/06

Packet 3 arrived - 09/13/06

Packet 3 Sent - 09-14-06

Medical - 09-21-06

Recieved Police Certificate - 10-03-06 (Took 34 days)

Packet 4 arrived - 10-04-06

INTERVIEW - 10-18-06 -APPROVED!

POE - Boston - 10-25-06

AOS Process

Sent AOS - 01/09/07

NOA arrived in the mail - 01/22/07

Biometrics Appointment - 02/02/07

Recieved EAD card - 04/02/07

Applied for SSN - 04/06/07

Recieved SSN - 04/16/07

AOS Interview - 06/06/07 - APPROVED

Greencard recieved - 06/22/07

Petition to remove conditions

07/10/06...talked to embassy to expedite the process

07/12/06...NVC stated case completed and sent to FRANKFURT[day 147]

07/17/06...received packet 3 from embassy

07/29/06...received packet 4

08/15/06...INTERVIEW at 7:30am- APPROVED

08/21/06...VISA received

08/23/06...Flight to US

08/23/06...I am back home

09/20/06...received greencard in mail

09/27/06...received SSC in Mail

09/23/07...our daughter was born :)

30/05/07...filed for Removal of Conditions

07/05/08...received NOA for I-751

01/07/08...college here I come :)

I was not seeing the changes either, I didnt use the link i went to the site and chose where you can check the processing dates but it certainly has changed to Feb 5th!

04/29/2006......MARRIED MY VERY OWN CLOWN WOOOHOOOO

Now we are through with immigration until the end of 2008. Please read my timeline to see our process. Remember, patience is a beatuiful thing if you can remember to keep it...I will be damned if we did lol. We are all here on this site for the same reason...lets all help one another...

Go to here http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm on the right hand side you will see case status and processing times. Click there and then click obtain a list of processing dates. Choose Vermont service center and it will show that it was updated today with the new dates.

Weird... When I was looking at the process time at work a few hours ago, I swear I saw it had been updated as of July 11. Now I am home and looked at the process time again. It shows the old process time, which is the date of June 20 :huh:

You first made me laugh and then i started crying that one other fellow has become prey to the visa problems.
