Hi, guy!

please help out. soon or later my fiance will apply aos. How can we obtain a medical record since the officer took that brown develop at the POE. Somehow when I read the AOS guide, it states there no need to submit medical record just the vaccination update since the officer has our record, this is true? If they need medical record, does has to go see the doctor to get all those shot again? thanks

The doctor should have provided a vaccination sheet for you or if you have all of your vaccination records you can get them transcribed onto the appropirate form ( forget the number of it ), as long as your medical is still valid ( they are good for 1 year ) you do not have to get a full new medical. If your medical is over 1 year old then you will most likely be requested to provide a new medical which the cost can vary depending on state/doctor/ etc.

here is the link to find the civil surgeon near you https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=of...office_type=CIV

they should be able to transcribe the vaccinations to the sheet

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
