I would strongly suggest that you do since you're out of processing times. You have two senators and one representative and if you google their congress webpages there is usually a place to ask for immigration inquiries. This could really make a big difference in getting your petition approved quicker.

09/14/10 - received text msg/email - AOS application transferred to CSC

Interview was today!!

:dance: Approved! :dance:

Was so simple, documents were in order, interview was questions about James mostly, and my 3kg of paper with the material proof... pictures, skype logs, tickets... were not asked for! At least I worked out carrying that all around :)

yoyoma, after NOA2 the process goes to NVC, and there receives a new number, and goes to your consulate. You'll receive a letter from NVC saying they received your case and sent the process forward to your consulate. Then the consulate will send you a letter with instructions. In this point, though, things are different between the consulates, each country has a few differencies. Some will already have your interview date, others will ask you to send some documents before scheduling an interview. I am not sure what are the instructions from Vietnam, your country's portal should have that info.

Congratulations!! :thumbs: :thumbs: Like you I had spent so many hours putting together all that crazy paperwork evidence but at the interview they didn't want to see any of it either =)

Carna had her medical on Wed., was back Thursday for some shots, but she passed. I knew she would. Interview is on the 23rd of Feb., and I'll be flying over to spend some time with her.

Lies, I bet Justine is stuck under some snow pile... I hope there is still snow around Oklahoma when I fly there! It snows so little in that state...

Oh gosh I can't wait to feel bored again! My week felt like two, just taking care of things in Brazil and packing...
