Update: David passed the medical!

He got the brusque woman (haha, in the UK forum, so many people have talked about their experiences that I was able to tell him about each of the doctors), but I guess once it became apparent that he didn't have an interesting health history, it was all fine :)

I don't envy him though, getting blood drawn, urgh. I've never had my blood drawn before, though I get blood each night from my patients...

And Justine, it was two full blood drawns in my case! It was taking long, so when I went to look (I always turn my face away, hate needles) I was like "oh damn!! Freaky exam!!" in thought. First time I did HIV and siphilis test, didn't know they needed that much. And after that... I had to walk like 6 or more blocks in an unknown capital city to take my x-ray... lucky I had eaten good at lunch time or I'd have passed out or something *sigh*. For those who are still to do it, the interrogatory is pretty much the same as any other doctor's first appointment, so it's easy, just need to remember family history and stuff about you.

Rosemarie was approved today! We only have to wait for my sons CRBA, his appointment is on Jan 22. Thanks to everyone here for your support and advice.

I would strongly suggest that you do since you're out of processing times. You have two senators and one representative and if you google their congress webpages there is usually a place to ask for immigration inquiries. This could really make a big difference in getting your petition approved quicker.

Good luck for you Yoyoma (F) Justine's advice is very good, I've read of many people who had theirs sped up like that.

EDIT: Fill in your timeline can help us give advices too. It says on your profile your service center is Texas, but Texas does not process K-1 process as far as I know, it is just in California or Vermont, and it is important to know which way you took. According to the Vermont times, you should have your NOA2 by now, I am not sure for California.

Late grats to rogue on the approval and to Justine and Carolina for getting past the medical.. :blush:

My packet 3 is finally in the mail after a few more delays.. now cross my fingers that my interview isn't TOO far away (and don't quote me statistics lol, I'm scared to know at this point).
