Most of you know I have been busting my ####### working through a management training program for the bank i work for... Well on Friday I was extended an offer for the exact branch I have had my eyes on allll along. (New Lenox Jax) I am thrilled!!!!!! I start September 1st I cannot wait to be the boss, not to mention a substantial pay raise!!

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

Umm Kelly,

Since the banks in my area are too cheap with their loans and you just got promoted to bank manager....how about a loan(with a low fixed interest rate) between VJ family :P:D

8/20/08 -------> Mailed N-400 to TSC

8/21/08 -------> N-400 rec'd by TSC @ 10:42 am signed for by C Maxa

8/26/08 -------> Check cashed

8/28/08 -------> Called USCIS was told biometrics scheduled for Sept 12 @ 3 pm

9/02/08 -------> Received NOA 1 showing receipt date as August 22, 2008

9/02/08 -------> Received bio appt by snail mail verifying scheduled date as 9/12 @ 3 pm

9/12/08 -------> Fingerprints taken

12/16/08------> Interview @ 10:05 am [PASSED]; OAth given at 2 pm
