My husband can't locate his ownership information for the camper he brought to the US. Does anyone know of any way we can import this without those documents? He has a plate but doesn't even know where the registration document is.

Sent I-130 to VT 25-Oct-2007

I-130 Moved to California 6-August-2008

My petition has been in 3 states (1, twice) in 9 months!

No, he will have to get the registration document, that is his only proof of ownership - can't import a vehicle without it.

No, he will have to get the registration document, that is his only proof of ownership - can't import a vehicle without it.

Actually I should clarify - he can probably import it - but how can he register it without proof of ownership?
