Hi my name is Vielka I had been married with american citizen for almost 4 years and now we are in the process to apply for my children. I can apply for them because I am a temporary resident, I submited my remove condition recently and still waiting for my appointment or interview; so my husband will apply for them. I almost have ready all the paperworks but I still have some space that I have some doubts. I wish somebody here will help me with this:

Form I-130

(1) I am not sure which box mark, they are not his children and there are not box for step-child.... Should I mark the box for child?

(21) The question is about husband/wife; They are living with us right now and they entried as a Visitor with a tourist visa. Should I have to write down "N/A" or should I give the address where we are living..

Form I-485

Current USCIS Status We will send the whole packet and they are right now visitor, as I they entried with tourist visa; what should I write down here?

Part 2 Which box do I need to mark if he/she is step-child and entried with a tourist visa as a visitor?

Form I-864

Part 5 We have to present a form for each one. We are a family of for I am filling 1 (for the alien relative), 1 for my husband who is the sponsor, 1 for me as his wife but we still have one family member more. what should i do?

1- Should I mark 1 on (d) she/he is not my husband child and he/she is not longer a child since they are 18 years old

2- Should I mark 1 on (e)

3- Should I do nothing with this boxes

General question: I am preparing all this documents, should i need to sign as a person who is filling the documents or just my husband as a petitioner?
