Kaya pala importante kay bulaklak (aka lotus101) ang hitsura ay dahil sya ay SUPERFACIAL. Mahal siguro magpa-super facial ano?

Oh, I'm sorry, you meant superFICIAL?

For most men, aside from the woman's physical attributes, intelligence is also important to them. Guys are turned off by girls who are airheads and superFACIAL.

Ay sus talaga naman, aliw na aliw ako sa word na superfacial.

update!!!

Interview, NOv. 19. 7am,.

YOung Lady consul. She seen my CENOMAR and Divorce Decree and put OK on both docs.

Didnt ask about my past marriage, ddnt ask why it was never reported,.

She was definitely pleased that my fiance now is younger than my xhusband.

Main points of the case that she checked was

- married within 90 days

- I left the US before visa expired

- filed k1/k2 after Divorce finalized.

Very unexpected quick questions:

Name of fiance's parents.

Name and Age of his Daughter.

and she said. Your k1/k2 is approved and Welcome to America again.

Thank you all!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!

I spent a couple of hours reading this entire thread (which I must say is both informative and entertaining hehehe) and while in the midst of it, I was hoping that I would see you post that you got approved. Im really happy for you. Let me just say that you and your fiance deserve a commendation. You could have opted to stay in the US if all you really wanted was to be in the US, but you did not, and instead went back to the Philippines to move on and have your own life. So I really dont understand why some people misjudged you as a user or a scammer. Your fiance, on the other hand, could have chosen someone with a less complicated life situation, yet he stood by you all these time and was always ready to speak for you when needed.

You both deserve this sweet success.

Those with the purest intent are truly blest.

You ought to celebrate :-)

Ok if you were married in the US and didn't report it to the Philippines then your not married there. Ok. So go get a cenomar to see if it shows single. Get the divorce take the papers to the Embassy when your interview comes. Also give them to your fiance for the K1 processing. You just can't get married in the Philippines.... The thing is is the Embassy is just going to make sure your not married to anyone else other then your ex husband who is a US citizen.

Make sure you get a Cenomar that shows single if not get a Cemar too. The rezone i am telling you to get that is because if your marriage to the USC is recored in the Philippines they will ask for a Cenomar and a Cemar. If on Cenomar shows single you wont need the Cemar. Make sure you get both of them within a month of your interview. Also get NBI clearance with both maiden name and married name on it. Because if you do not have it they will make you get one and that takes weeks.

See you were married to a US citizen. doesn't matter who file the divorce you or him. you can still get married in the States after the divorce.

But on the other hand you were married in the Philippines there is no divorce unless the US citizen filed it. Even then it is still hard to get it recognized in the Philippines. Lots of processing and money still. Yes I know all about article 26 Under the family code but its not that easy Ive went threw the processing for my wife. She was married to USC and he filled the divorce. She is still married in the philippines because i didn't want to go threw all of the ###### to fix it. I went threw the K1 process. The old man will die soon anyways then we will show death certificate and then file our marriage in the Philippines.

The US doesn't care about the laws of the Philippines. You are divorce in there eyes.

Just make sure you have Cenomar showing single if not then get cenomar and cemar certificate of marriage. What it is is marriage indexing. And also NBI with married name and maiden name. Also give copy of divorce papers to new fiance and for embassy. But if your Fiance isn't from the US then Its a whole new ballgame.

Wow! What a long thread!?! Anyways, I'm glad it all worked out for you. It's funny that someone mentioned that you're case will probably be longer due to previous case and it turned out to be really fast, even faster than the normal process. Congratz!!! I hope the relationship will work out this time around:) Best of luck!!! You surely deserve a 2nd chance to be happy.
