My fiance knows she will be moving...

My fiance and I are beginning to file for the K1 visa. She is at school now but she KNOWS she is going to move back with her parents in December when she graduates. Should she list her parents' address as her Present address? Or should she note somewhere that she will be moving on a certain date?

Thanks,

Drew

They will ask in the forms for all previous address's lived at. If she currently lives at one address, put that current address. If she moves file the appropriate paper stating change of address.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Option 1...list her parents as her MAILING address and her present address as her "resident address", any mail sent will be sent to her parents and surely they will tell her about it.

Option 2...if she is a student and normally lives with her parents and her address on her ID is her parents address, you could simply choose to say her "residence address" is her parents home. Students do not typically become "residents" of the school or the location where the school is, but they can. The G-325a asks no information regarding student addresses or educational information. Our son attends a university on Moscow, Russia. It is not listed on his G-325a for AOS as it is not his "residence". He resides HERE and has valid Vermont ID to say so.

Mentioning that she will be relocating will do no good. The USCIS will make NO attempt to keep track of you or where you move to. It is YOUR responsibility to give them a valid address to mail things to. USCIS mailings are not forwarded.
