i do believe the last time america gave a shіt what the uk thought was about 233 years ago.

Really? Well, it's lucky I don't give a sh!t what you say either, eh? :P

Well, I too agree with Booyah on this. I'd take the imperfect NHS over the imperfect American system, any day.

What's worse:

Getting sh!t medical care and then getting a bill after it for thousands - even with insurance.

Or,

Gettin sh!t medical care and not having a bill.

I know where my vote is!

As for the health care....if it costs me $103 for a tiny little 1st dose varicella shot, then I dread to think what it would cost for Chemo. Crikey!

If you can't afford the shot, you shouldn't get it. In America, all we ask is that you show a little responsibility.

You wouldn't go out and buy a BMX X5 if you can't afford it, right? Why would you allow a service provider to give you a service (shot or chemo) if you know you can't afford it?

It is this freeloader mentality that is bankrupting us!

I'm afraid I can't agree with you there. Brits are complainers of the first order. But I like it cuz it's usually funny. Whining on the other hand--I think we (Yanks) corner the market on that.

You don't have to AOS. You can always just go back to the socialist hellhole you came from.

You choose to AOS. Yet, you can't afford it.

Like I said, all we ask is a little responsibility!

Who said we couldn't afford it? Now you're putting words into my mouth. I just said that it was expensive, that's all. Take a chill pill.

Only someone who hasn't been to the UK would call it a hellhole. :star:

Fine.

Hopefully, you understand that you should not accept any medical service that you can't pay for. It's called being a responsible and good American.

someone needs to get to know AJ's idea of humor better... just sayin

What if you end up with excellent IV sedatives without your knowledge? I realize we're moving into philosophy here...
